Well I have found a place to stay in New York, and luckily it’s in Manhattan. I still need to sort out the paperwork, and hopefully if everything goes alright the place will be mine for the year. The apartment is a one bedrooom in the East Village, and looks to be within walking distance of NYFA. It is a couple blocks away from a subway station, and seems to be in a good location, but really I have no clue because I am not going to be able to check it out before I get there. It is really small, but at least I will have my own place, which means that I can have friends and family come visit me whenever I want without having to worry about annoying any roommates. The rent is just under $1700 US dollars per month, which is quite expensive, but the apartment is furnished, and is very well located. When I finally get to NYC I will be sure to give you all a tour of the place. Also, when I finalize everything I will post up the service that I used to find the place, once I know nobody can snatch it away from me.
